A plan that will see Bicester's population double in size will get more Government funding.
Another £770,000 will be spent building 13,000 homes in Bicester, while a project for a garden village in West Oxfordshire will get another £150,000.
In total, the Government hopes work will lead to another 15,200 homes being built in the county.
Previously, the projects have received £2.479m in Government funding.
Work in Bicester is already underway on about 1,500 new properties.
