Blueprint to Encourage MK Investment Set for Approval

CMK Prospectus

JULY 2018

A blueprint designed to stimulate investment in the centre of Milton Keynes is to go before the council's cabinet next week with a recommendation it is approved and launched later this year.

The CMK Prospectus was crafted following a Renaissance CMK stakeholder event held in Milton Keynes in December 2017.

It was attended by a range of businesspeople and members of the public, who considered the challenges faced by the centre of Milton Keynes over the next two-to-three decades.

The blueprint is designed to encourage private centre investment and development in the town and outlines its aspirations to become a regional hub by 2050.
